I am so thrilled to bring the Braids Bar Hawaii Pop-up Beauty to your community! My passion is simple: to create beauty and spread happiness through the art of hair. Whether you are a child, a teen, or just young at heart, I believe everyone deserves a moment to shine.
As a Licensed Professional Hairstylist, I founded Braids Bar Hawaii to inspire others to express their unique selves. From the shimmer of tinsel to the intricate detail of a braid, every look is a chance to show the world who you are.
We use only salon-grade products and professional sanitation standards to ensure that your experience is as safe as it is beautiful.

Our Packages

The Braid Parade
Best for: That signature "Braids Bar" look.
Services: Double Dutch Braids with colorful hair, Colored Clip-in extensions, plus premium temporary tattoos.
Rate: $250 per hour (2-hour minimum)
Please note: Detailed braiding takes more time per guest than tinsel alone.

The Ultimate Aloha Party
Best for: The full VIP experience.
Services: The "Works." Includes Double Dutch Braids with extensions, Hair Tinsel, color strands, temporary tattoos, and custom hair charms.
Rate: $300 per hour (2-hour minimum)
Booking Details & Expectations
Service Flow: To ensure the highest quality of work, services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Service for every guest is not guaranteed within the booking timeframe. We recommend booking additional time for larger groups (15+ guests).
All-Inclusive: We provide all professional supplies, colored extensions, tinsel, and tools.
Extended Play: Having too much fun to stop? If the schedule permits, extra time may be added on-site at the package’s hourly rate. Please check with your stylist 30 minutes before your session ends.
Set-Up: We require a small, designated area with a flat surface and access to an outlet if possible.

By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and procedures described within this document. Please review all details carefully to ensure a seamless experience for your guests.
Professional Standards & Quality

Braids Bar Hawaii upholds strict professional standards in every event service we provide. Our stylists are dedicated to maintaining a high level of artistry and care, ensuring every guest receives quality attention. We adhere to all State of Hawaii barbering and cosmetology sanitation protocols, using professional-grade disinfectants for tools and equipment between each guest to create a safe and hygienic environment. These practices are designed to protect the health and well-being of all attendees while delivering creative and beautiful results.
Hair Readiness: Guests must arrive with clean, dry, and detangled hair. We reserve the right to decline service if these conditions are not met or if scalp irritation is present.
The Booth Space: The host is responsible for providing a flat, level area for the Sparkle Station setup. If outdoors, a shaded or covered area is required to protect guests and supplies.

Braids Bar Hawaii LLC is not responsible for individual allergic reactions to hair tinsel, synthetic extensions, hair charms, or temporary tattoos. Parents or guardians must notify the stylist of any sensitivities before service begins

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Braids Bar Hawaii LLC may take photos or videos of the work performed for promotional and social media use. We love showing off your sparkle!

How to get the most out of your Sparkle Station experience!
We can’t wait to bring the sparkle to your event! To help our stylists create the best looks in the shortest time, please follow these simple steps before arriving at the booth:
Clean & Dry is Best: Please ensure hair is completely dry. Tinsel and braids don’t play well with wet or damp hair!
Tangle-Free: Give those locks a good brush before coming to the station. The more time we spend detangling, the less time we have for braiding!
Natural is Beautiful: For the best "grip" and lasting power, please keep hair free of heavy oils, gels, or leave-in conditioners on the day of the party.
Pick Your Style: Take a look at our "Sparkle Menu" when you arrive so you’re ready to share your vision as soon as you sit in the chair.
Safety First: If your child has a sensitive scalp or known skin allergies (for temporary tattoos), please let our team know before we begin.
